	The Imperial Mountton Regatta or the IMR is the most famous and oldest Regatta in Minecraftia. It was founded in the Third Era by Edward Mountton, after a discussion between traders from Kythira and Imperius broke out in the restaurant of the Ye Olde Tower Hotel, in regards to who could sail the fastest across the Senfina Sea. Edward suggested a race from his hotel, across the Senfina Sea, around the island of Dorwall, and back to the hotel. The winner would receive 1,500 Florynts. The success of this race led to the Mountton Cup to become an annual event, until Emperor Charles I Viromaro during the Second Era, after founding the Mediori Fleet, decided to become a patron of the race. He increased the price to 30,000 Florynts, and changed the name to the Imperial Mountton Regatta or IMR.
