	Chateau Roterhal is a Third Era castle that was expanded by Prince Marcus von Roterstein. Upon his kidnapping and death it was inherited by the Knights of Shackleford. They ultimately sold it for 260,000 Florynts to a Oldspawn based realtor. His goal with the castle is unknown. 			The Chateau Roterhal began as a single guard tower, originating from the Imperius Reich, and, once sold for scrap, purchased by an Attican businessman and shipped over to northern Attica. Here, near the village of Calys, he had it reassembled together with a small castle around it, naming it Chateau Imperia. After the businessman's death the chateau fell into neglect, until it was purchased in the late Fourth Era by Marcus von Roterstein, nephew of the Ardoraghi High-Lord, for 150,000 Florynts. He renovated and expanded the castle for an additional 50,000 Florynts, renaming the new property the Chateau Roterhal. In the early Fifth Era Marcus was kidnapped and presumed killed during a visit to Alcanzar. After some legal battles between his butler and House Von Roterstein the Chateau ultimately went to the butler's family, the butler himself having died in a Ardoraghi prison, who sold it for 260,000 Florynts and moved east to the new Raggisar Republic.

			The new owners of the castle and lands, the AAA-Realty Group, have not disclosed what they intend to do with the property.
